The Nokia 2228 phone is a simple phone that offers features like 1.3MP camera to capture the photos and a built-in media player supporting music formats like MP4, AAC, AAC+, MP3 and MIDI.

The phone also facilitates you with the short messaging service so that you can reach out to your near and dear ones with short, sweet and quick messages. The Nokia 2228 phone accompanied with speaker dependent voice recognition along with the integrated handsfree speaker that allows using the phone to connect to computer for internet access.

The phone’s LED indicator keeps flashing the light when the phone rings or if there are any incoming messages waiting for the user. Nokia 2228 phone is packaged with stereo FM radio, 20-25 MB end user memory, MicroUSB, 2.5mm universal headset jack.

The battery life of the phone is expected to serve for about 3.5 hours of talk time and up to 10 days of stand by time. This reliable phone is expected to launch in select CDMA markets in the fourth quarter of 2008 and there is no news about its pricing details as yet.
